There are plenty of tips to make hair grow faster, certainly more than the 3 as titled in this article. But the number 3 seems to resonate with a lot of people as lucky. We can grow hair back at a reasonable rate given the correct things to do. But to grow hair faster may not necessarily mean healthier.

This is an age old remedy that needs to sink in to a lot of people until they get the message. Exercise is so beneficial for more than hair growth. Exercise is good for the mind and body and you should start today. Get up and down from your chair 10 times until you feel it. Even if you do that once a week will be a great start for your head of hair.
Tip 2. Be kind to your hair. You can buy all the products that you want that will be gentle to your scalp but overuse may be detrimental. Too much of a good thing is never any good. Don't shampoo your hair everyday or brush it. Your hair needs time to be able to grow. If you're constantly putting shampoo, conditioner or any other type medication on it then it won't have time to grow. Give your hair the time to replenish itself. That in itself will make your hair grow faster. Growth requires rest periods that will help grow your hair faster.
Tip 3. Be consistent. Once you start a schedule, keep with it. Keeping a schedule even if it's only once a week is better than no schedule at all. Working out at the gym, eating properly, using the right shampoo and generally taking care of your body through the use of vitamin supplements can all have a positive effect in promoting to grow hair faster. Haphazard starts and stops don't do you any good. So once you make a decision to do something about your hair, and then stick with that plan.
