With an estimated 19 million people suffering from depression, and current medications available that produce unpleasant side effects, there are many people turning towards alternative treatments including using herbs for depression. Studies are showing that the use of herbs can have effective medicinal purposes and can be just as beneficial a prescribed medicines.
